Cancellation Policy

Residents may cancel a reservation up to 72 hours prior to the reservation through Building Management. A $75 cancellation fee may apply after the 72 hour window. Residents are responsible for their guests and for any cleaning that is needed after a reservation. Residents accept responsibility of any damages or cleaning fees that may occur from use of the Rooftop during their reservation.
